Fees

Costs of Individual Psychology sessions vary based upon experience and registration type.

Our General Psychologist fee is $240 from Jan 1st 2025. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan you will receive a rebate from Medicare.

Medicare

In Australia we are lucky to have Medicare that will rebate you some of the cost of your psychology session. The rebate amount for individual psychology sessions for a General Registration Psychologist is $98.95

Your General Practitioner (GP) must provide you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral letter before the day of your first session, which you will need to give to us. You are then able to claim your rebate from Medicare. You will have 10 rebated sessions per calendar year with your MHTP.

Please speak to us if you need guidance through this system.

Private Health Insurance

You may choose to use your Private Health Insurance (PHI) to claim a rebate for some of your session costs. You must choose either PHI or Medicare, not both. You will need to pay for the cost of your session and then claim the costs. We will provide you with an invoice for your insurance to do this.
