For any administrative enquiries, our virtual admin, Monika, is here to help.
She manages all the behind-the-scenes support to ensure everything runs smoothly and is available on 0455 027 333, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Please note that all emails and voicemail messages are monitored daily,
and we endeavour to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

Our standard consultation fee is $250 per 50-minute session.

If you have a current GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.55.
We will process your Medicare claim on your behalf after each session.

For TAC and WorkCover clients, please note that we are a self-managed practice. Payment is required on the day of your appointment, after which you can submit your paid invoice directly to your third-party provider for reimbursement.
