A 3-Hour In-Person Retreat in Pakenham VIC

This small group retreat offers a gentle, structured space to reconnect with yourself through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and guided reflection.

Many of us live in patterns shaped by responsibility, protection, and survival. Over time, we can lose touch with our inner clarity and sense of alignment.

This retreat is designed to help you slow down and safely reconnect with your heart-aligned self.

During the morning, you will experience:

• Guided nervous system grounding practices
• Psychoeducation about alignment and protective patterns
• Somatic embodied awareness exercises
• A guided visualisation experience
• Reflective journaling and integration
• Gentle embodied movement to anchor insight

This is an educational and experiential workshop facilitated by Emma Fuller, Registered Psychologist and founder of The Psychological Pause.

Group size is intentionally limited to 8 participants to maintain emotional safety and depth.
